If you haven’t heard this Christmas song yet, you’re missing out. This song, along with Hey Rosetta’s Carry Me Home, are my favorite modern day Christmas songs.
We’re well into December now, only a week left of work before we start the official holidays. It’s pretty Christmassy feeling here in Goose Bay, we’ve gotten a generous amount of snow the last few weeks, and there’s lots of lights to be seen all over town.
I’m done my Christmas shopping, even down to the stockings. I have to say I am impressed, that is not the norm haha.
This year we got a real tree, and there really is nothing like it. The aroma, the feel of it and of course the nostalgia. I’m not one of those people who keep up on trends when it comes to Christmas. I like the classic multi-coloured lights, the ornaments that look like they’re from the 70s-90s. And yes, even tinsel sometimes (but not this year). I want it to feel like Christmas threw up in my house, and this year I think I succeeded.
